Michael Metcalf Obituary

Michael Leroy Metcalf, age 69, of Hartford, Alabama passed away peacefully at his house on June 29, 2023. He was born on March 26, 1954 in Rich Hill, Missouri to LeRoy and Ruth Metcalf.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and Ruth Metcalf and a one of his close friends, Kenny Copeland.

Michael is survived by his brother, William "Bud" Metcalf; niece, Tonya Tomlin (Shon); nephew, Scott Metcalf; daughter; Jennifer Rice-Tidwell (Harold); grandchildren, Shawn and Angel Rice; special bonus family, Bridgett, Harry, Bonnie, Cody, Braydenn and Ashlynn; four great nieces and nephews; special neighbor Jay; and many other great friends, too many to name.

Special thanks to Jerome Hendrix and Kevin King.

He wouldn't want tears, just laughs, the radio on, a hot bonfire, a game of horseshoes and everyone to crack a cold one. Cheers daddy we love you and ROLL TIDE (I'm only saying it once).
