Merle Barbaree Obituary

Merle (Mitchell) Barbaree, 82, of Enterprise, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

Merle is survived by her sons; Randy (Sandy) Barbaree and Danny (Melissa) Barbaree; daughter, Norma Eubanks; granddaughters, Amanda (Jerry) Flack, Tracy (Chad) Sanders, Stacy (Anthony) Nevels, and Callie Barbaree; five grandsons, Jason Barbaree, Shelby Barbaree, John Bradshaw, Cody Turner and Aaron Turner; 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers and five sisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Red" Martin; her daughter, Wanda Peacock; 1 brother and 1 sister.

The family would like to say, thank you to all of the workers of Kindred Hospice for the help and care they have provided and a special thank you to nurse Dawn for being with the family in the final hours. Also, a special thank you to, Vickie Perkins for helping as a caregiver in the recent weeks.

A memorial service time will be held on Wednesday, May 9th at 2:00 At Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
