Jerry Dwayne Francis passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 in Samson, Alabama. He was born March 9, 2021 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to Tommy and Mary Davenport Francis.

Jerry loved motorcycles and enjoyed modifying anything with wheels to make it go faster. He will always be remembered for his lawnmower that boasted speeds of 40 miles an hour. PaPa Jerry will be truly missed by those who loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Oscar Thomas Francis.

He is survived by his two daughters, Rachel Francis and Amanda Weisensale; one son, Jerry Francis Jr, of South Carolina; five grandchildren, Jessica Rankin, Jonathan English, Dakotah Barber, Jeremy Durham, and Katie Glass; two great-grandchildren Braydin English and Arya; brother, Charles Francis; special friends Sally Knipfel, Missi Fulford, Tron Faulk, and George Rathburn.

Arrangements are under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home Hartford, Alabama.
